The Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) index is a ranking system established by the World Bank Group. In the EODB index, ‘higher rankings’ (a lower numerical value) indicate better, usually simpler, regulations for businesses and stronger protections of property rights.
With APIIP’s proactive efforts, Arunachal Pradesh is the first State in the North-Eastern Region to fully integrate with the National Single Window System. APIIP’s work contributed to Arunachal Pradesh having been adjudged Rank 1 among the ‘Most Improved Small States in Governance’ by a leading media house. Hon’ble Chief Minister had stated in this regard that the EoDB Portal was widely being appreciated by the people and played a pivotal role in achieving this award.
